Our Bobbi Top is a lightweight open neckline summer blouse that can be worn at or off the shoulder. This top goes with everything, made in gorgeous cotton fabric with custom embroidered eyelet detail. Sleeves remain comfortably in place with elastic at the shoulder and also the wrist that can be pulled up for stay-in-place sleeves.
